How to Reach

Misty Hut is located in Hulithala, a quiet village about 15 kilometers from Madikeri, surrounded by coffee estates and natural greenery. The property is accessible by road and offers a smooth drive through some of the most scenic parts of Coorg.

From Bangalore, the journey takes around 5 to 6 hours, covering roughly 260 kilometers. Once you reach Madikeri, the route becomes quieter and more relaxed as you move closer to the estate.

After your booking is confirmed, the exact location and step by step directions will be shared to ensure a simple and comfortable arrival.

Booking, Cancellation & House Rules
  • Booking is confirmed with either a 30% or 20% advance.
  • 30% advance is fully refundable if you cancel 15+ days before check-in; no refund after that.
  • 20% advance is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Cancellations go through admin.
  • ₹1,700 per extra guest beyond your confirmed booking. Only registered guests may stay.
  • You’re responsible for any damage during your stay. We’re not liable for accidents, injury, or lost items.
  • Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in rooms, quiet hours begin at 10 PM, pets are not allowed on beds or sofas, and only children under 5 are considered as kids.
Payments
  • Booking is confirmed with either a 30% or 20% advance; the remaining balance is due on arrival.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per the cancellation policy—30% advance may be eligible for refund based on timing, while 20% advance is non-refundable under all circumstances.
